How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by calling, emailing, or visiting us at one of our locations. You must provide seven days’ notice prior to your billing date.
Is there a contract for unlimited memberships?
Nope! When you sign up for an unlimited membership, you’ll only pay for the plan month-to-month, with no contract or commitments. You can change your membership at any time. If you would like to cancel your plan, you must provide seven days’ notice prior to your billing date.
Is there a discount for adding another car to my membership?
Yes! Each additional vehicle that you add to your membership will be 50% off every month. Please speak to one of our team members if you have any questions or are interested in signing up.
Will my tall vehicle fit in the tunnel?
The height limit of our tunnel is 7 ft 6 in. Please email us if you have any further questions.
