Why should I get an unlimited membership?

With an unlimited membership, it’s easier than ever to keep your car clean and shiny! You’ll be able to wash your vehicle as often as you’d like and you’ll have access to our wide range of free amenities (vacuums, air wands, towels, leather conditioner, glass cleaner, fragrance, and mat cleaners at most locations!). Plus, you’ll save money, and there are no contracts. Sign up here!

How do I sign up for an unlimited membership?

You can sign up on our website or at any of our car wash locations.

If you’re interested in purchasing a membership for our Sugar Land location, please visit us in-person to sign up.

When will I be billed for my unlimited membership?

Your credit or debit card will be automatically billed every month on the “anniversary date” of your purchase.

How do I manage my unlimited membership?

You can update your payment method, change license plates, or upgrade or downgrade your plan by filling out the form on the Manage My Membership page on our website.

You can also make these changes, as well as add vehicles to your account for a 50% off discount, by visiting the car wash in person.

What happens to my membership if I get a new license plate or a new car?

You can update your license plate information on our website, or a member of our team would be happy to help you at one of our locations!

For our Sugar Land and Tomball members, we can transfer your membership tag to a new vehicle. Just visit us in person and we’ll take care of you.

How do I cancel my membership?

For instructions on how to cancel your membership, please reach out to us at help@sudsdeluxe.com or by filling out this contact form. You must provide seven days’ notice prior to your billing date.

Is there a contract for unlimited memberships?

Nope! When you sign up for an unlimited membership, you’ll only pay for the plan month-to-month, with no contract or commitments. You can change your membership at any time. If you would like to cancel your plan, you must provide seven days’ notice prior to your billing date.

Is there a discount for adding another car to my membership?

Yes! We’re a family-owned business and want to do our best to take care of your family, too.

Each additional vehicle that you add to your membership will be discounted — you’ll pay as little as $14.99/month! Visit us at your nearest Suds Deluxe location to add vehicles to your plan.

Will my vehicle fit in the tunnel?

The height limit of our tunnel is 7 ft 2 in. Please email us if you have any further questions.

How often should I wash my car?

We recommend washing your car at least once per week to help protect it from the harsh elements here in Texas—such as dust, dirt, and pollen—that can damage your paint over time. A quick car wash truly makes a big difference! With an unlimited membership, you can wash your car every day for a low monthly price. Sign up here!

What happens after I sign up for a membership?

Welcome to the Suds Deluxe Family! As a member, you can head straight to the kiosks when you come to the car wash—our cameras will read your license plate or sticker to confirm your membership, the gate will open, and then you can drive up to the tunnel where our team member will safely load your vehicle. Then, just sit back, relax, and enjoy the light show as we get your car Sudsy clean!
