To cancel your membership, please call us at 737-316-4306 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

If the phone line is busy, you can request a callback by following the instructions in the voice prompt. For callback requests received before 2pm, we will call you back the same day. For callback requests received after 2pm, we will call you back the next business day.

You can also cancel your membership online by selecting your car wash location from the button below and completing the corresponding form.

If you have more than one vehicle on your account, you will need to submit the form once for each license plate on your account.

As a reminder, changes to your membership must be made at least seven days prior to your billing date.
